Giant couscous has a springy and slightly chewy texture.
This product works great in salads and stews, or anywhere you would use either pasta or rice.
For best results gently fry 100 g of giant couscous in olive oil for 2 - 3 minutes until golden. Add 200 ml of cold water to the pan and stir until all the water is absorbed. Gradually add more water until couscous is soft and ready to serve - for around 16 mins.
