MONIN Raspberry syrup has a rich, jammy and acidic flavour on the palate associated with ripe raspberries. There are over 300 varieties of Raspberries grown globally, however, only 3 main varieties are mass produced. MONIN Raspberry syrup is perfect for use in Hot Chocolates, lemonades, iced teas, cocktails and mocktails. 

• Flavour: Nose of ripe raspberries with a slightly acidic note. Taste of Raspberry jam on the palate.
• Used in cocktails, mocktails, sodas, smoothies and teas
• Use 10-25ml per serve for cocktails, 20-30ml for frappes and milkshakes, depending on recipe
