• We've taken time, and great care to create a mayonnaise that we can be proud of. It's made in small batches in our nut-free factory, using free range eggs, natural oil and a little mustard.
• With no artificial colours, or flavours, It's all you need to add to a sandwich, a salad or jacket potato.
• The Wilkin family have been farming at Tiptree, Essex, since 1757, and making quality preserves there since 1885.
• We grow a wide range of traditional English fruits and use them to make conserves and condiments in our nut-free factory by the farm.
• Ingredients: Rapeseed Oil (76%), Free Range Whole Egg & Egg Yolk (12%), White Wine Vinegar, Sugar, Dijon Mustard (Water, Mustard Seeds, Spirit Vinegar, Sea Salt), Sea Salt, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Antioxidant: Calcium disodium EDTA
